Car Rent Iran Terms & Condition

Before to rent a car in Iran, consider these rental car regulations:

Age: The minimum age to rent or drive a vehicle is 21 years of age.

Documents: The lessee and additional drivers have to present valid Driver License and Passport. Also has to sing paper works as rental agreement and other documents.

Driver License: Valid international drivers licenses issued in your Country are acceptable.

Deposit: In Iran all the car rental companies require a deposit to cover the deductibles imposed by the insurance policies or optional coverage. Also it would be used to cover any violation to the conditions and rules present on the vehicle rental contract.

This deposit amount depends of the car's size, type and driver's age (it starts in $5000) and it is returned at the end of the rental period.

Important notice: Renter Car with drivers doesn’t need to deposit cash or passports.

Payment Options: Renter must clear all bill 3 weeks before time of rental. We will provide them Car Rent Iran Company Bank account Number for transaction after agreement. For quality service you can provide us all your personal information on the inquiry letter. Car Rent Iran does not charge any Extra amount for rental service or Tax.

Road Assistance: Our Company has a road assistance program in order to support our customers in case of any situation as mechanical problems or accidents, for example; if the car breaks down we will provide you a second car at the place where you are.

Additional Drivers: Additional drivers may be added to the vehicle rental agreement at a daily charge accommodations and meals.

Fuel: Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as rented, to avoid a refueling fee per gallon.

Geographic Driving Restrictions: Due to insurance restrictions Service car rental does not allow its vehicles to leave Iran area.

Maps: Iran maps are available free of charge at rental counter.
